What’s included in the setup fee?
Your one-time $500 setup fee covers everything you need to get started – your custom website, onboarding sessions, content migration (if you already have a site), and support with branding.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your plan at any time. We’ll even help you figure out which plan is right as your clinic grows.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No, we don’t believe in lock-in contracts. All plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
What happens after I book a demo?
We’ll walk you through the platform, demonstrate how it meets your clinic’s needs, and address any questions you may have. If it’s a good fit, we’ll kick off the setup with a one-on-one onboarding session. Billing won’t start until after your first onboarding session.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use PatientSites?
Not at all. Most clinic owners we work with aren’t. Everything is built for simplicity, and we’re always here to help if you get stuck.
